American International School of Kingston (AISK) is an independent co-educational, Preschool through Grade Twelve, school that offers members of staff a very competitive compensation and benefits package. This includes support for professional development, a Mac notebook, and other incentives. For all teaching positions, a bachelor's degree is mandatory and an advanced degree is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in an accredited school and teaching certification.

It wasn't until  my interview that I quickly realized how much more AISK had to offer!  After a quick tour of the school with the HOS at the time, I could see that the school was a family, people called each other by their first name regardless of their position, the community had a personality and everyone seemed free to express themselves.
