AISK has devised protocols and activities that will facilitate learning whilst simultaneously safeguarding the AISK family. We are asking our AISK Family to collaborate with us, ensuring that all overseas travel plans are communicated.

Please complete this form to indicate if your child will not be present on the first day of school, August 20, due to travel restrictions/quarantine.

If you or anyone in your family intends to travel overseas for any reason we ask that you communicate the dates of your return below.

Based on the current guidelines regarding travel we are requesting that the children and adult family members of the traveler remain at home for the quarantine period of 14 days. Should these guidelines change we will update the form and or the need for declaration.
