The objectives of the music course are to develop a greater appreciation of music and increase literacy in the musical world. In order to accomplish these objectives, we will study music in five different ways:

The integration of technology is of great value to the music classes, helping students to process information, and develop and practice musical skills. The easy access to online resources assist in the consolidation of the music curriculum standards. Access to visual and auditory information of different genres, styles and musical cultures help students to respect and understand traditions, historical and artistic periods around the world.
