Applications are evaluated only once they are complete. Before contacting us, please be sure you have completed all of the necessary forms for your student’s application. Forms and applications may be filled out online, uploaded and emailed to email@example.com, printed and physically delivered to the school, or a combination thereof.
The admissions office will acknowledge receipt of both the application form and the fee, and will communicate any gaps in the admissions package.
The application can only proceed if ALL the supporting documents have been included. In the case of entry to Middle/High School an interview will be scheduled for prospective parents and students with our Middle/High School Principal. For international students a Skype interview will be scheduled.
Once an admissions decision is made, the office will contact you and you will receive an Acceptance Letter from the Director of Admissions. A welcome package and a tuition invoice that outlines all the associated costs of enrollment will accompany your Acceptance Letter. To accept the space, you will be required to complete payment of the invoice or make a deposit within five business days to reserve the space.
If Further Evaluation Is Requested
If it is determined that there is insufficient evidence to make a firm accept/deny decision, you will receive written notification from the Admissions Office outlining the additional information required as well as an expected timeline for the process. This may involve additional interviews or evaluation with our school specialists, or contact with the students' current school.
