List of Documents that are required for completing an application at AISK:

• All required academic records (last three years report cards for students entering middle and high school)
• Two passport size photographs
• Copy of Birth Certificate and/or copy of passport
• Copies of Vaccination Records
• External Standardized test results
• Any special evaluations done by schools or outside sources
• Math teacher recommendations for students entering middle & high School
• English teacher recommendations for students entering middle & high School
• Transcripts for students entering high school
• NOTE: These items must be translated into English before they will be accepted
