Admissions Procedure

  • An informal visit to the school is scheduled with the guidance counselor, where the information package is distributed and a tour of the school is conducted.
  • The completed application form, including the list below are received and acknowledged:
    • All required academic records (last three years report cards for students entering middle and high school)
    • Two passport size photographs
    • Copy of Birth Certificate and/or copy of passport
    • Copies of Vaccination Records
    • External Standardized test results
    • Any special evaluations done by schools or outside sources
    • Math teacher recommendations for students entering Middle & High School
    • English teacher recommendations for students entering Middle & High School
    • Transcripts for students entering high school
    • NOTE: These items must be translated into English before they will be accepted
  • Where applicable, a date for testing is scheduled. Base-line assessments in language and mathematics are given to students from grades K-12 unless they have completed any standardized testing within the year of admission.
  • Once all documentation has been completed they are evaluated together with the test results. These documents must be received before a decision can be made regarding acceptance.
  • A personal interview with the head of school maybe requested.
  • A recommendation on whether to offer a place is made to the director.
  • A letter of acceptance or declination is issued.
  • A signed copy of the letter of offer together with the registration fee must be received to reserve the child’s place.
  • The first semester’s fees and capital fees must be received before the child attends school.

Admissions Criteria

  • If space is available for a child who is working at an age appropriate level, a place is offered in the relevant year. However, if a child appears to be experiencing difficulties and the school cannot offer the necessary help, parents are advised that a place cannot be offered.
  • Previous school records, recommendations and test results must be satisfactory.
  • Parents/Guardians must be able to meet their financial obligations to the school.
