A PURPOSE BUILT SCHOOL CAMPUS

Having embarked upon developing a purpose built campus for the rapidly growing AISK community, in 2009 the school moved into facilities that included:

• Middle School/High School building – 16 classrooms
• Elementary school building – 16 classrooms
• ICT Media Center;

  • Elementary school IT laboratory complete with 20 iMac work stations
  • 1:1 laptop help desk
  • Server room supporting a state of the art ICT network and wireless infrastructure
• 4 highly equipped science labs
• ATL Cafe-Teria
• Administrative building
• Dance studio
• Tennis courts
• Basketball court
• Football field

AISK is Jamaica's only entirely air-conditioned PS-12 campus with all instructional spaces having access to delivering lessons plans using multi media equipment. Our classrooms compliment our well-manicured outdoor public spaces.

Over the last 4 years the growth in program offerings has seen the opening of our off-campus student residential facility – Belvedere House, and a healthy rise in enrolment across all grades. The middle and high school for first time in the schools history will have two streams from each grade 6-12, while the elementary school has expanded rapidly over the last 2 years necessitating the opening of our Pre-School program; it is presently at capacity in 70% of its classes.
