Better Email and Web Services
After much discussion and analysis, we have decided to bring in-house our web services, email and related support systems. This will give us more control of those systems -- as opposed to depending on an outside organization to support those services -- and will allow us to respond more quickly when you have problems or issues. The new systems will also provide storage, backup, and redundancy in case of software or hardware failure.

In December 2008, final specifications for new hardware were agreed and then purchased.  These systems are now in-place and everything is going to plan.  To ensure the highest success with these systems we have sought advanced technical assistance from an IT guru, Andy Chlup, who has extensive experience setting up and supporting similar systems in the educational environment. Andy was flown in from Arizona for a few days to lend a helping hand and supervise the integration of these new systems.
